CSU-W1 spinning disk confocal microscopeCSU-W1 spinning disk confocal microscope.Our CSU-W1 spinning disk confocal microscope (Intelligent Imaging Innovations, Denver, CO, USA) equipped with a 50?m disk, 10-position emission filter wheel, and near-infrared (NIR) capability for 685-785 nm illumination. The system was integrated with a LaserStack v4 launch housing four solid-state lasers at 488 nm (150 mW), 561 nm (150 mW), 638 nm (200 mW), and 785 nm (300 mW).
